How will I know when my payment and booking form has been received?
You will receive confirmation of your booking within 14 days of receipt of your payment to PMF. For electronic payments, please ensure that the name(s) of delegate(s) or paying institution is used as a reference so that payments can be reconciled with applications. Pdf tickets will be mailed once payment is received.
My institution requires an invoice. Would this be possible?
If your hospital/institution requires invoicing for payment, please complete the booking form and return it (by email to email@example.com) along with an official headed letter from your hospital/institution stating that they are happy to be invoiced for the payment. This letter should contain the following information:
- Purchase order number (if applicable)
- Name and date of symposium
- Name of delegates attending the symposium
- The total amount for which they are to be invoiced
- Name, address, telephone and email of the person to whom the invoice should be sent
Does the early bird discount apply to a multi-professional group?
No, this group is already receiving a discount of £100. Please note that this group must include at least one midwife or doctor.
I can only attend one day of the Symposium. Is this possible?
The ticket price entitles you to the two day Symposium, to include all refreshments, and drinks on the Thursday evening. If you can only attend one day please enquire with D.Sirett@promptmaternity.org the possibility of purchasing a day only ticket, please note ticket sales for attendance at the two days will take preference.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations should be made in writing to Mrs D Sirett at the PROMPT Maternity Foundation. An email is also acceptable. For cancellations received up to and including 1st February 2017, a full refund minus a 25% administration charge will be given. There will be NO refund for cancellations received after the 1st February 2017, but PMF will allow for bookings to be swapped to a substitute colleague or team at no extra charge.
How do I book accommodation?

I plan to arrive in Bath on Wednesday evening and leave on Friday straight after the Symposium. Can The Assembly Rooms store my luggage during the day on Friday?
Yes, this is possible.
Does the Assembly Rooms have wifi?
Yes, it does.
My partner is accompanying me to Bath. Would he/she be able to attend the Symposium Dinner on the Thursday evening?
Yes, ! The Symposium Dinner will be taking place at the The Pump Rooms. These historic and elegant rooms have a large capacity and partners are also welcome to attend this exciting event. Tickets do remain limited though, so please book soon to avoid disapointment.
How will I receive my certificate of attendance?
All attendees will be emailed a Symposium evaluation form over the weekend of 4-5 March 2017. Once this form as been completed and submitted, the attendee will be emailed their certificate of attendance.
