In 2015 Project Hope (PH) provided funding for PMF to work jointly with them to deliver the PROMPT Train The Trainers (T3) programme to health staff from eight selected maternity units in the Philippines with the aim of reducing post-partum haemorrhage through improvements in the quality of hospital-based maternal and child health service delivery.

In 2017 the Philippines government announced a significant improvement in maternal survival across the eight hospitals that implemented PROMPT training.
