Training Training packages PROMPT CiPP PROMPT CiPP has been designed as a separate ‘mini-course’ – structured, stand alone, multi-professional and face-to-face. There is a dedicated course manual, lecture set and materials and guidance for small interactive learning stations. The course is designed as a half-day course and should be led by an anaesthetist with a special interest in maternal critical care. Lectures include: Care of the Critically Ill Patient Sepsis in Pregnant Women Cardiorespiratory Emergencies Neurological Emergencies in Pregnancy Skills stations include: Arterial blood gas analysis Oxygen therapy ECG interpretation Invasive monitoring Critical care charts Structured review of the critically ill woman The PMF Team run the CiPP Course alongside the PROMPT T3 Course, and is available as part of the PROMPT Course-in-a-box.
